Tech Tip: Class Dojo & CICO

This year we will be using Class Dojo for assigning scores to students on the CICO program. We may also consider using it as an intervention for students with IEPs.

Using this amazing and free online platform will enable real-time behavior data collection and parent communication.

I encourage you to watch the video and set up your Travis Ranch account using this link: https://classdojo.com/?r=VHTCocgXO6Qnd3Uw

Also consider downloading the corresponding app for your phone: https://www.classdojo.com/download/?type=teacher

  1. Looks like ClassDojo had made a lot of improvements since I last checked it out. I've just set up my math lab class and I joined our school. I like that it even has a random function you can use for engagement. I also REALLY like that it's an app so it might actually get used during class. Very handy.

  3. Are you going to make a class for CICO and share with us? I use Dojo for class participation...especially the randomizer, like Nicole said. I really like it and it keeps kids on their toes. I don't publish the results or share with parents as yet...but I have it in the back of my mind that it could be a great tool for an individual behavior plan.
